In the office

What we bring to your office

Edward presents at brokerage meetings, agent trainings, and office sessions. He can also set up an equipment demonstration table at open houses and agent events.

Agents and their clients can see how the work is actually done: thermal imaging, moisture assessment, radon, air quality testing, a crawlspace crawler, drone roof imaging, and other inspection tools.

Radon CE training

A useful session for your agents.

Edward is available to present radon continuing education (CE) training for realtor groups, brokerages and offices. He is an NRPP Certified, IAC2 Radon/Mold Certified, AARST Member inspector.

The session covers what radon is, Oklahoma radon realities, why testing matters in a transaction, how testing is performed, what results do and do not mean, and how it protects the client. Radon can be present anywhere in Oklahoma, and testing is the only way to know.

Termite / WDI timing: The inspection is provided through Arrowhead Termite Inspections, LLC, a separate company. Clients receive the state-required Oklahoma Form ODAFF-1 report for lender and closing requirements. When a home inspection is booked, the home inspection and termite inspection are performed at the same time during the same visit. The termite inspection is discounted when scheduled together with a home inspection. It is invoiced separately from Arrowhead Home Inspections, LLC and is limited to inspection and documentation, not treatment. Complete both company bookings. Book the separate termite inspection →

The Arrowhead position

We work for the client

Arrowhead represents the buyer or client, not the transaction. That keeps the inspection focused on the person making the decision.

Quality comes before speed. We do not offer 45-minute inspections. Every full home inspection includes a review of the findings on request, the free 100-page Home Maintenance Book, and the free Homebuyers Tips Booklet.

For closing timelines, reports are typically delivered within 24 hours—often the same day—depending on how late in the day the inspection is performed and how much documentation the property requires.

Client-first

The report belongs to the client.

Thorough

No rushed 45-minute inspections.

Useful

Inspection review and practical books included.

A useful next step

Haven: support after the inspection

Haven is a separate, third-party home support service that Arrowhead connects clients and agents to after the inspection. Its personalized Moving Plan is tied to the closing date, organized week by week, and ready before the client logs in when an inspector, lender, or agent shares that date.

Moving Coordination

Find movers, equipment, and packing help for local or long-distance moves.

Home Insurance

Compare policies and rates across carriers and have coverage ready for closing.

Internet & TV

Compare providers and schedule installation around move-in.

Home Automation & Security

Review traditional and smart-home security options.

Utilities

Coordinate electric, water, gas, sewer, trash, and more for move-in.

Secure Cloud Storage for Home Paperwork

Keep home paperwork and records organized and accessible in secure cloud storage.

Through Haven, agents can obtain a complimentary repair report when they book an inspection with Edward. Haven also offers 90-day warranties, moving discounts, pricing tools, and secure cloud storage for the client’s home paperwork and records. The client chooses whether to use Haven, and Oklahoma home inspectors are not permitted to estimate or speculate the cost for repairs.

Arrowhead inspects and documents condition; Oklahoma home inspectors are not permitted to estimate or speculate the cost for repairs. No one can require the client to use a particular contractor, and the report belongs to the client.

Haven’s full standards and terms belong to Haven. Provider availability, pricing, coverage, and any benefits are subject to Haven’s terms and availability.

Useful answers

Agent questions, answered.

Straight answers make it easier to set expectations with your client and keep the inspection moving.

How quickly can you schedule?

Availability depends on the property, scope, and closing timeline. Call (405) 210-8452 or send the property details so Edward can confirm the earliest practical appointment.

When will I get the report?

Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours—often the same day—depending on how late in the day the inspection is performed and how much documentation the property requires.

Do you talk to the client or to me?

Both, when the client wants that. Arrowhead represents the buyer or client, so the report and inspection conversation are centered on the person making the decision.

Can you explain findings to my client?

Yes. At the end of every full home inspection, Edward reviews the observed conditions, answers questions, and — if the client is present and wants to — walks them to the issue so they can see it for themselves. This is included in the inspection.

Do you offer CE training for agents?

Yes. Edward is available to present radon continuing education (CE) training for realtor groups, brokerages, and offices. He is NRPP Certified, IAC2 Radon/Mold Certified and an AARST Member. Contact Arrowhead to request a session; if your program requires credit, your office or association should confirm whether the session qualifies for credit in its program.

Can you provide a repair estimate?

No. Oklahoma home inspectors are not permitted to estimate or speculate the cost for repairs. The client’s own contractor or Haven’s independent pricing tools are the right path for repair-cost information.

Do you inspect during a busy closing timeline, and how does the review work?

Yes, when the schedule allows. Book the inspection as early as possible, then at the end of that same inspection the client can ask Edward to explain the report and maintenance questions in person.
