Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.arrowhead-hi.com and our text messaging program, operated by Arrowhead Home Inspections, LLC (“Arrowhead,” “we,” “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms.

Inspection services

Home inspection and related services are governed by the written pre-inspection agreement you sign before your inspection. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the pre-inspection agreement controls. Inspections are performed under the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Oklahoma Construction Industries Board rules.

Website use

Website content is for general information only and is not a substitute for a professional inspection. You agree not to misuse the website or copy its content without permission.

SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)

  1. Program: Arrowhead Home Inspections, LLC sends two kinds of text messages. Service messages cover your inspection: scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, report notifications, and replies to your questions. Marketing messages, sent only if you opt in to them separately, cover promotional offers and service announcements and may be sent using automated technology.
  2. Opt-in: You join service messages by checking the optional service text box on our website forms, or by giving verbal consent when booking. You join marketing messages only by checking the separate optional marketing box on our website forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  3. Frequency: Service message frequency varies based on your inspection. Marketing messages: up to 4 per month.
  4. Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for plan details.
  5. Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
  6. Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (405) 210-8452 or info@arrowhead-hi.com.
  7. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Arrowhead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for inspection services is limited as stated in your pre-inspection agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
